CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES
If you want to make a size change, place a new order with the size you need and indicate that you want us to pick up the size you are going to return. The cost is 7€, which will be deducted from the return amount. You can also return the order yourself to the address on the purchase receipt.

To receive a refund for your order, it is essential that you return the item in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. Pack the shoe box in a bag (whatever you have at home will do), it is very important that you do not put a seal or tape directly on the shoe box.
